Clean, Gluten-Free, and Grain-Free Garlic Bread

Grain-Free Garlic Bread

If you're a garlic enthusiast, you're in for a treat with this recipe. Garlic bread takes me back to those wonderful summer BBQs. Think of warm European days, BBQ scents in the air, and the joy of running through sprinklers to beat the heat. While it might not be the typical American BBQ side, trust me on this one. Say goodbye to plain rolls and try this amazing garlic bread for a super tasty experience.

Ingredients:

- 1 loaf of Plantiful Kitchen Artisanal Bread Sesame
- 1/4 cup of butter (we're big fans of Montys Cloud Butter)
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced
- Fresh herbs of your choosing
- Salt, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. While your oven is pre-heating, allow the butter to soften a little. Meanwhile, go ahead and press or mince those cloves of garlic, and give your chosen fresh herbs a fine chop.

3. Mix the herbs, garlic, and a pinch of salt into the softened butter.

4. It's loaf prep time! Treat the bread like a Hasselback potato – it's a clever move to prevent the garlic butter from escaping and ensuring the garlic's flavors infuse the bread.

5. Use a butter knife to generously spread your herb-infused butter into every crevice of the bread's slices. Imagine that butter melting and mingling with the garlic.

6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil to seal in the goodness

Now, pop your creation into the preheated oven. Allow it to bake until the aroma becomes irresistible. The timing can vary based on your oven, but a ballpark estimate would be around 25-35 minutes. Then open open up the foil to expose the crust on top of the bread and keep baking the bread for another 5-10 minutes. This will crisp up your crust a little and make is just so much more delicious.

Once the scent fills the air and the bread achieves the desired texture, carefully remove it from the oven and serve it up alongside your BBQ classics.

Enjoy!
