SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
Plantiful Kitchen uses FedEx as our third-party shipping carrier.
Orders are shipped nationwide, using FedEx two-day shipping, on Mondays and Tuesdays of every week.
Orders placed after 12PM PST will begin processing the next shipping day (on Tuesdays that means Monday the following week).
Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Plantiful Kitchen is not responsible for delivery delays if an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.
Shipments that are undeliverable and require re-shipment or rerouting due to incorrect addresses will incur additional charges.
Refunds will not be provided for delivery delays due to a business being closed while delivery is attempted or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Orders will process in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 760-477-3903. Please note that requests might not be able to be accommodated.
Plantiful Kitchen is not responsible for any FedEx delivery delays due to the high volume that FedEx experiences during the month of November/December.
LOCAL PICK UP AT OUR CARLSBAD STORE
Plantiful Kitchen is offering Pickup our store in Carlsbad, CA Monday through Wednesday 8 AM - 2 PM and Thursday through Saturday during our store hours. Please select local pick-up during check-out if you wish to pick up your order. Please place your order online and reach out to barbara@plantiful-kitchen to schedule your pick up. Pick up dates are scheduled based on product availability.
All deliveries are sent using two-day service and icepacks are used when necessary. NOTE: The ice pack might be fully thawed by the time you receive your package, which is totally ok!
Cookies and breads are not sent with ice packs.
For best results, our products should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 10-14 days of delivery. They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 6 months. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.
Products are made by hand and variations in color and shape are possible.
Plantiful Kitchen offers a variety of pre-order items throughout the year. When both pre-order and in stock items are ordered together, everything will ship with the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you would like your non pre-order items to ship sooner, please contact our Customer Service team to set up another shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
Plantiful Kitchen uses Route Package Protection to ensure the safety of all packages shipped with FedEx. By opting out of Route insurance at check out, Plantiful Kitchen is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Plantiful Kitchen does not accept returns or exchanges
Circumstance Pending, you might be eligible for a credit or re-order through Route Package Protection and or Plantiful Kitchen.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Subscription orders may not be cancelled. For all other cancellation or modification requests please email email@example.com or call us at (760) 477-3903 immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If production of your order has already started and/or a tracking number has already been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
