    We recommend storing the bagels and buns in the fridge or the freezer. In the fridge, bagels will be good for 7 days and buns for 14 days. In the freezer bagels and buns will last up to 6 month.

  • What's the best way to thaw and enjoy my bagels and buns

    We recommend thawing our products by leaving them overnight in the fridge or placing them on your kitchen countertop for 1-2 hours. Once thawed you can toast your bagel and buns. Due to the flours we use, toasting takes longer than for a traditional bagel or bun. Feel free to double or triple toast your bagel until you achieve the desired cripsiness.

  • Are your bagels and buns truly gluten-free?

    Yes! Even so we don't hold a gluten-free certification, all our products are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility using gluten-free ingredients.

  • What makes your bagels suitable for paleo diets?

    The paleo diet is a nutritional approach that focuses on eating only foods that are nourishing and unprocessed.  It is rooted in foods that were available and eaten by people in paleolithic times, and excludes dairy, grains and legumes. All the ingredients used in our bagels are ingredients used in a modern approach to a paleo diet.

  • Is gluten free different than grain free?

    Our products are both gluten free and grain free. A gluten free diet can include grains that are gluten-free, whereas a grain free diet eliminates all grains even those that are gluten free, like corn, rice, oats, millet and sorghum.

Love, love this bread!

I bought the simple bread-sesame online. Their website is easy to view all of their breads and goodies. Once purchased it arrived frozen quickly in two days. I have a hard time finding GF bread that is also vegan and seed oil free. This bread makes me feel so good about eating bread! It is so tasty and filling. Makes great sandwich bread, toasted or not! I definitely recommend!!

BEST HEALTHIEST BREAD IVE EVER TASTED

I purchased my first order of 3 of the flutterbreads and literally took a photo and sent to my entire family. The only bread I eat…healthy & delicious!

I started buying this bread at the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market over 6 years ago. Then I moved to Virginia. I have been gluten-free for many years and this is the BEST bread I have ever eaten…so delicious, fresh & healthy! I have tried almost every gluten-free bread there is and this is the ONLY bread I eat…it is awesome that I can have it shipped direct to my home in Virginia. Worth every penny!
