RETURNS
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, Plantiful Kitchen does not accept returns or exchanges
- Circumstance Pending, you might be eligible for a credit or re-order through Route Package Protection and or Plantiful Kitchen.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Route Package Protection or our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please provide a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Plantiful Kitchen experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photos, Route Package Protection, or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reshipment.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Subscription orders may not be cancelled. For all other cancellation or modification requests please email barbara@plantiful-kitchen.com or call us at 760-477-3903 immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If production of your order has already started and/or a tracking number has already been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
