3 Easy Gluten Free Breakfast Recipe Ideas without Avocado

You go into your kitchen, you open up your fridge. There are plenty of ingredients in there, but you can't think of any easy gluten-free breakfast ideas. It’s the morning, you’re tired, and you just want to slap something together with minimal effort. So what do you do? You jump to the same recipes, your “go-to’s” that are quick and easy: avocado toast, bagel and cream cheese, cereal. There are plenty of times these breakfasts do not fit into your healthy meal plan, and you’re desperately needing some inspiration to reinvigorate your mornings. Well, that’s why we are here! We would like to share with you this week three recipes made with our delicious paleo, gluten-free bagels that are easy and wholesome.

Your morning meal doesn’t need to be boring, and it certainly should not be unhealthy. Which is why we are using only clean ingredients with trusted brands like ours that keep things grain free and vegan. As we have discussed on this blog before, not all gluten free brands are created equal with a commitment to your well-being. For example, some brands out there will brag about their gluten free bread with psyllium husk as a binding agent. A proper brag since psyllium husk contains soluble fiber which will support with your heart health and digestion. In fact, there are many health benefits to using psyllium husk, and that’s why we use it in our bakes! Just make sure to always check the ingredient list for those additives we want to avoid like gums, refined sugars, modified food starch, and others that will cause digestive issues. You will, of course, find none of those ingredients in any of our products.

Bagel with Berries and Ricotta

Ingredients:

• Plantiful Kitchen Bagels

• Fresh Berries

• Kite Hill Dairy-Free Ricotta

• Honey

Directions:

1. Toast your bagels to your desired level of crispiness.

2. Layer each bagel half with ricotta cheese and berries.

3. Finish off with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Everything Bagel with Hummus and Veggies

Ingredients:

• Vegetable array (like cucumber or gherkins and tomato)

Directions:

Ingredients:

• Smoked salmon

• Monty's Cream Cheese

• Red onion

• Capers
