  3. Mix your whipped ricotta with the yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.

  4. On your toasted bread, spread your ricotta cheese mixture. Top with chopped strawberries, crushed graham cracker, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
