My wife and I are vegan. My wife wanted a cake for her birthday, and I saw that Plantiful Kitchen offered a Tiramisu cake. It had been ages since we had such a dessert, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was the perfect cake for my wife’s birthday, and two weeks later we still have some that I’ll go grab for a midnight snack. Highly, highly recommend!
