Our products are both gluten free and grain free. A gluten free diet can include grains that are gluten-free, whereas a grain free diet eliminates all grains even those that are gluten free, like corn, rice, oats, millet and sorghum.

The Keto diet is a very low-carb, high fat diet and involves significantly reducing carbohydrates across your daily food and beverage consumption. For snacks to be considered Keto, they must have 6g or less of net carbs (total carbs - fiber) per serving. Our breads are made from low-carb flours such as Almond Flour and Coconut Flour and only has 2g of net carbs per serving.

The vegan diet avoids the consumption of al animal products. We do not use any animal products, such as dairy or eggs in our products, therefore all our products are suitable for vegan diets

We recommend storing your unopened bread in your refrigerator for up to 14 days. Once opened consume within one week or alternatively slice and freeze for up to 6 months

Currently our bread does not come sliced which allows you to chose your desired slice thickness based on your needs. Our bread is very nutrient dense and therefore some people prefer to slice the bread into thin slices, whereas other might prefer a more hearty slice.

Yes, our bread is gluten-free! Even so we don't hold a gluten-free certification, our bread is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility with gluten-free ingredients.
