  • How should I store my bagels?

    We recommend storing the bagels in the fridge or the freezer. In the fridge, bagels will be good for 7 days. In the freezer bagels will last up to 6 month.

  • What is the best way to thaw and enjoy the bagels?

    We recommend thawing our products by leaving them overnight in the fridge or placing them on your kitchen countertop for 1-2 hours. Once thawed you can toast your bagel. Due to the flours we use, toasting takes longer than for a traditional bagel. Feel free to double or triple toast your bagel until you achieve the desired cripsiness.

  • Are your bagels truly gluten-free?

    Yes! Even so we don't hold a gluten-free certification, all our products are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility using gluten-free ingredients.

  • What makes your bagels suitable for paleo diets?

    The paleo diet is a nutritional approach that focuses on eating only foods that are nourishing and unprocessed.  It is rooted in foods that were available and eaten by people in paleolithic times, and excludes dairy, grains and legumes. All the ingredients used in our bagels are ingredients used in a modern approach to a paleo diet.

  • Is gluten-free different than grain-free?

    Our products are both gluten free and grain free. A gluten free diet can include grains that are gluten-free, whereas a grain free diet eliminates all grains even those that are gluten free, like corn, rice, oats, millet and sorghum.

Delicious!

I have been looking for a low carb, vegan, gluten free bread with only clean ingredients that tasted good … and I found it! I literally travel with it, packing loaves in my suitcase. It slices well and is great toasted and for sandwiches. I order several loaves at a time as it freezes great , I save on shipping and I never run out! My only comment would be the amount of sesame seeds as I do find a good portion ends up on the cutting board.
