Jen is the founder of Wake Up and Read the Labels, and I had such a wonderful time working with her. In her past, Jen suffered from inflammation, asthma, and more. She went through the rigmarole of trying different medications to no avail.  But changing to eating clean? Now that worked. She has since been dedicating herself to educating people about what ingredients are actually hiding in their foods. She believes that if you cannot pronounce the ingredients listed on your label, then it probably shouldn’t be in there. Our unique creation made with all-natural ingredients blends the flavors of rosemary, garlic, and lemon zest, offering a delightful and tasty experience that meets the requirements of a variety of dietary lifestyles. Health Benefits of Key Ingredients: 

Garlic

This pungent, wonderful little vegetable always provides a kick to your dish. And yes, it is a vegetable, though people often confuse it for an herb. I love the flavor it adds, but I also love the added nutrition! The health benefits of garlic are numerous and varied, as you will see below:

  • Immune Support: Need a boost to your immune system? Garlic is often used for immune support, with stores even selling supplements. Garlic actually contains a strong antibiotic, boosting body’s ability to fight viruses and disease.
