We boil our bagels just like your New York style favorites, except ours are grain-free, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly. That means you get to enjoy light, airy bagels that won’t leave you feeling bogged down and bloated throughout the day.
No flight to the big apple is needed to enjoy the perfect schmear! Each of our bagels is perfectly fluffy and soft straight out of the bag, no heating necessary. Toast them up to add a beautiful crisp before topping them with your favorite jams, jellies, and more.
Best kept frozen: Please freeze immediately after receiving and follow the cooking instructions on the back of the packaging for the best results.

Each batch of bagels is baked by loving hands in our San Diego kitchen, where we fold together only the best ingredients.

Please note that many of our products contain tree nuts, and some include peanuts. While we take allergies very seriously and list all of the ingredients used in each product (see above), cross-contamination can occur.
All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays using FedEx 2-day shipping to avoid delays over the weekend.
